Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you use Bingo Irish. They set out the relationship between us and our users, covering account operation, eligibility, payments, promotions and how we handle disputes. By registering or playing you agree to comply with these terms and any additional rules that apply to specific products or promotions.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or fraudulent activity. We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably suspect misuse, multiple accounts, collusion, chargebacks or other breaches of these terms.
Verification
We may require identity and address verification to comply with legal and security obligations. Acceptable documents include a passport, driving licence and recent utility or bank statement. Verification may also involve proving ownership of payment methods. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
Eligibility requirements
To register and play you must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where our services are permitted. You must provide truthful personal information and may not open more than one account. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
Acceptable platform use
You must use our services lawfully and in good faith. Prohibited behaviour includes attempting to manipulate games, using bots or unauthorised software, engaging in abusive chat, or facilitating money laundering. We may monitor activity and take action including account restrictions, confiscation of winnings and reporting to appropriate authorities where permitted.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to separate terms which form part of these Terms and Conditions. Bonuses may carry wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry dates and maximum conversion caps. Some deposit methods may be ineligible for promotions. We reserve the right to suspend or reclaim bonuses in cases of suspected abuse or breach of promotional terms.
Deposits and withdrawals
Payments must be made from and returned to accounts in your name. We support a range of payment methods and set minimum and maximum transaction values which are shown in the cashier. We do not normally charge transaction fees, though third-party providers may apply charges. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may be processed in instalments for large amounts where required for security or compliance.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint please contact our support team by the channels listed in your account. We aim to resolve issues promptly and will acknowledge complaints as soon as practicable. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly we will provide information on any independent dispute resolution options that are available.
Updates to terms and conditions
We may amend these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on our site and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept any change you should stop using our services and close your account.
